Spa, Hotspot, Sportsbar and Poolside Pavilion

LTL was asked to provide design input for the public spaces, pool area, spa, parking garages, and building facades for this 50 story luxury condominium complex just off the Las Vegas Strip. At ground level, the sports pavilion is an outgrowth of the concrete frame of the tower, its roof folding under to provide cover for an outdoor poolside bar. Located on the 38th and 39th floors, the spa is driven by the section of the two floors, creating a string of volumes within a prescribed envelope. The hotspot pinwheels from the spa, becoming a hotbed for relaxed social interaction, day and night.
