In this small restaurant LTL explored different configurations of bamboo. The booths, seats, and tables are all made from different combinations of bamboo. The ceiling is formed by over 110,000 bamboo skewers embedded into a back-lit accoustical ceiling. The skewers are composed to produce a topographical effect, evoking sea grass, albeit inverted.
